Activities for the day:

1. Outdoor activity: The little fisherman

In this activity your children's task is to catch fish and put them in a bucket. Little fishermen need to be quick, skillful and never forget to have fun.

2. Funny demonstration: On the bottom of the sea (2+yrs.)

Who lives at the bottom of the sea? Crabs, starfish, jellyfish and other aquatic creatures. In this demonstration we will learn about aquatic creatures, hold the ocean in our hands, and learn how to keep the water clean.

3. Open art area: pop-up fish cards (5+yrs.)

Fish are some of the most beautiful aquatic inhabitants, which is why we have prepared an activity where little creatives will have the opportunity to let their imaginations run wild by using pre-prepared materials, favorite colors, and making fish cards.

4. Science with a lesson: Who drives the currents of the sea?

In this experiment, we'll demonstrate how water temperature affects its direction, which parts of the planet have warm and cold currents, and a bunch of other interesting facts about Earth's hydrosphere.

5. Maker Space Workshop: stop frame animation (7+ yrs.)

Here we will play with time, develop imagination and test patience. With pre-prepared figures and instructions from our team, children will make static objects move. This will happen by using a tablet to take single frames, moving the objects a little at a time for each frame. When they merge the shots the illusion of movement is created and the captured objects appear as if they are moving independently.

6. Planetarium (6+ yrs.)

We will show the shortest path from Earth to space. We'll take your little dreamers on a tour of the solar system and learn what tale lies behind the constellations above us. Come and join us in our Planetarium on Level 2.
